    The House Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moves to amend the bill on page two, line three, after the words “authorized” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and the following:

    “with the following amendment:

    On page 1, section in 4.1, by striking the underlined words ‘ten thousand dolloars ($10,000)’ and restoring the stricken words ‘five thousand dollars ($5,000)”.

    On page 3, section 6.5, by striking everything after the word “auctioneer” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “shall complete three (3) hours of continuing education each calender year in order to qualify to renew his or her license for the next year.”

    On page 3, section 7.2, by striking the underlined words “three (3) years” and restoring the stricken words “five (5) years.”

    On page 4, section 12.2, by inserting a new section “To be a sponsoring auctioneer of an apprentice, the auctioneer must have held an auctioneer’s license for at least two (2) consecutive years and can sponsor no more than two (2) apprentice auctioneers at any time.”
